Face to face
This could be here in my studio in Topsham or your workplace. I feel that far more is achieved face to face, the working relationship is built on trust, knowledge and sharing. There will be exercises and tasks to be completed away from our sessions

Per session
Each session is typically 1 – 1 ½ hours.
Sessions can be Monday to Friday 10 am until 6 pm.
Phone
Phone coaching accompanied by emails with exercises is far more time efficient and greener for the planet!
£50
Each session is typically an hour.
Sessions can be Monday to Friday 8 am until 6 pm, plus Saturday Mornings.
Online
Working online at a pace suited to you. Excercises are set with explanations, Via email. Programmes are advanced when you are ready.
£25
Per session – £100 per full programme
Each session is typically equates to an hour.
Sessions can be Monday to Friday 8 am until 6 pm, plus Saturday Mornings.
Workshop
Workshops are face to face and flexible, taking the form that is most suitable for you or your team. One day workshops are proving to be the most popular – the numbers of people will dictate the venue. You can do a one day workshop on your own if prefered.

One day workshop
Including refreshments, break and a light lunch.
Group workshops 1 or more £90 each.
